I didn't have the best mobile phone camera available to me at my first London Eurovision Party in 2016 - my Google Pixel 2 XL would have given me a super sharp image of ZOË as she sung, cried and then sung again that night.  She was amazing and she loved the support us fans gave her at the Café de Paris that year.  This lady gets onto my show this week due to an Instagram picture in her account that appears to indicate very happy news for her but the main content of show NINETEEN is all about three selection processes:

A Dal, Eesti Laul and "Australia: You Decide"

Have a listen to find out more...

Some great Eurovision tracks there, lots of interesting National Final music as well (including from Grete Paia above) - here is the playlist this week:
"Origo" - Joci Pápai
"Incomplete" - yesyes
"Ide várnak vissza" - DENIZ
"Crazy"- Franka
"Amazing" - Tanja
"Päästke noored hinged" - Grete Paia
"Little Baby El" - Jennifer Cohen
"Follow Me Back" - Around The Sun
"Yassou Maria" - Sarbel
"Sarah" - Kate Miller-Heidke
"Geronimo" - Sheppard
"Stay The Night" - Alcazar
"Loin d'ici" - Zoë
"Let Me Be The One" - The Shadows

A mix of old and new - A Dal material includes a former winner plus two from this year; there are two 'old' and two new from Eesti Laul, those for 2019 being my favourite songs from SF1 and SF2; and two tracks from artists who were announced as being in the Australian NF.  The last two songs listed are there as both Lena from Alcazar and Zoë are now engaged - a good excuse as any to play songs by them!
Show TWENTY already has some superb material in it - by the end of next week, we will know who will be performing for Albania in Tel Aviv and what they will be singing!  FiK is almost always our first complete entry for Eurovision (sometimes before an English revamp) but the guy above at the Eurovision in Concert After Party showed everyone that a brilliant track in Albanian CAN do the business at the Contest.  Eugent Bushpepa will be there on the list next week, as will some of those competing this year at the 57th edition...

This is when Eurovision 2019 REALLY starts!
