Now here is an image that you might not have seen before - one of the storyboards for the staging of Ovidiu Anton's "Moment Of Silence", Romania's 2016 entry that never made it to Stockholm due to TVR's debts.  I always felt so sorry for him, given that the 'ban' was not his fault and the fact that he had completed the promo party circuit before he had to step down.  A damn good singer though and he appears in this week's show.  What is that all about, I hear you cry?  Mainly about the nations who have already told us that they will be going to The Netherlands 2020 to participate at Eurovision, no matter where it might be.  Have a listen...

Even my favourite of 2017, Norma John, is in there this week - I am proud how I manage to fit in so many of my loved songs into my show and it STILL be totally justified (they were the last open submission winners of UMK, the format that Finland are returning to in 2020).  Here are the rest of the artists on the show:

"Lelu" - Birgit Band
"She Got Me" - Luca Hänni
"22" - Sarah McTernan
"Duurt Te Lang" - Davina Michelle
"Zero Gravity (7th Heaven Remix)" - Kate Miller-Heidke
"Kruna (Acoustic)" - Nevena Božović
"Limits (Remix)" - PAENDA
"Ktheju tokës" - Jonida Maliqi
"True Colors" - Barbora Mochowa
"Golden Boy" - Nadav Guedj
"Blackbird" - Norma John
"Empty Room" - Sanna Nielsen
"Back On Our Streets" - Spring City
"Nocturne" - Secret Garden
"Dancing Lasha Tumbai" - Verka Serduchka
"I Love Belarus" - Anastasiya Vinnikova
"Oração" - António Calvário
"Inje" - Vanja Radovanović
"Is It Right" - Elaiza
"Moment Of Silence" - Ovidiu Anton
"Tu te reconnaîtras (Jean Musy arrangement)" - Anne Marie David
"La teva decisió (Get a Life)" - Susanne Georgi
"You Are The Only One (Matt Pop Edit)" - Nicki French
"Let Me Be The One" - The Shadows

A real mix of power, passion, fun and high energy tracks, I think you will agree!  Now I have the show more on a free-form format, there tends to be a couple of songs less each week but I hope that you still enjoy the twenty-four pieces of music this time.
I had to drop a track this week that will start off the show next time - Sennek released her first new song after performing "A Matter Of Time" in Lisbon a year ago.  "Endlessly" is, in my opinion, superb and I hope her professional music career goes from strength to strength.  That is song number one on show 44 - wonder what the other 23-25 will be?

You know I'll have it all sorted by next Tuesday!
