35 days before the first rehearsal happens on the stage of the PalaOlimpico is cutting it a bit fine to hear the last entry for Eurovision but we got there yesterday on Monday 25th March with Azerbaijan's powerful ballad that made it the full 40. Not only are there five from 2022, but also lots of Eurovision classics as I delve into the Special Guests that have been announced so far at the first two Promo Parties that will be coming up very soon (in the case of Barcelona, this weekend!). There are no tickets for the Barcelona Pre-Party nor the London Eurovision Party left now (although it might be worth keeping an eye out, just in case of returns), so you will hear more about who will be singing from the current crop at both. The special guests make up a fair bit of this weeks show but there was also more favourites of fans of the show, mainly new recruits for the Facebook group:

Now the big news this week, mentioned at the start of hour two, is me stepping away from the Eurovision playlist in the run up to Turin, at least more so than before! Normally I would just play you my top 40 in order from bottom to top over two shows and you would just have to listen to it! Last year loosened my grip slightly in that I had five of the Bradley Stoke Radio presenters involved with a mini-vote where Stefania came top with "Last Dance" - this year?
