Delightful on the Orange Carpet, incredible in Euroclub with their set (it included "Sandstorm") but destined to remain in their SF in Tel Aviv with "Look Away" - Darude and Sebastian Rejman didn't take any awards back to Finland but the pair do have another chance in the OGAE Second Chance Contest 2019. The song that came second in UMK 2019, "Superman", is their entry - can they get a far better result than in May? Remember, if you are an OGAE member of whatever nation, keep an eye out for how to vote in this contest! I've done so since 2014 - we in the UK have a month to get our votes into Gary Speirs and every vote counts! Give it a go, it is really an interesting exercise - whether you do it by gut instinct or as a juror at Eurovision would do it, go ahead and vote.

Next week is show 46 and there are lots of summer events happening over the next couple of weeks, allowing me to play lots of different artists and their Eurovision songs. Allsång på Skansen 2019 begins in Sweden, J'aime La vlie will be coming up and UNESCON will hold its inaugural meet in Hanover - plenty of ESC greats to watch out for and I've almost got a full show already!
