Now I was hoping to have a picture of Holly Tandy at the top there, given that until 12pm on Tuesday it was all systems go for interviewing her on the evening show.  Unfortunately Holly wasn't feeling too well and so fingers crossed we will try again next week.  So you have the delights of INGA singing at last year's Eesti Laul, one of the many returning artists for this season's process, as we found out last Wednesday and Thursday from ERR in Estonia.  It is the one foreign National Final that I have been to and it is one of my favourites to watch each season - it was therefore only natural to play some of the past material of most of those singers giving Eurovision another go.  That was all in the second hour of this week's show - have a listen:

As one of my favourite artists was on the show with her latest release, I thought that I'd put Laura Rizzotto's sister Carolina's excellent photographic skills to good use!  And the associated playlist?  Here you go...

"Unsubstantial Blues" - Magdi Rúzsa
"Mrs.Thompson" - Just4Fun
"I Can't Go On" - Robin Bengtsson
"Come Back For Me" - iOTA
"Bandaar" - Mitch Tambo
"Start To Move" - Blasted Mechanism ft. Agostinho da Silva
"Carry Me In Your Dreams" - Kejsi Tola
"Euphoria" - Loreen
"Better Love" - Katerine Duska
"One More Night" - Laura Rizzotto
"Let Me Be The One" - The Shadows
"Somebody" - Michael Rice
"Stuck In The 80's" - Lake Malawi
"Milline Päev" - Lumevärv ft. Inga
"Teisiti Ei Saa" - Traffic
"Little Baby El" - Jennifer Cohen
"Supersonic" - Laura
"This Love" - Rasmus Rändvee
"Coming Home" - INGER
"I'll Do It My Way" - Synne Valtri
"Without You" - STEFAN
"Pretty Little Liar" - Uku Suviste
"Wicked Game" - INGA ft. Around The Sun
"Tähdet, taivas ja sä" - Saara Aalto

As you will have heard during the show, two more Australian acts have been revealed for "Eurovision : Australia Decides" in 2020 - iOTA:
And Mitch Tambo:
SBS appear to be already pulling out all the stops this year and the first four singers up for going to Eurovision bring so much variety to the stage already - I can't wait to see who is shown to us all next!  As for the new releases on the show this week, I could not resist playing "One More Night" by this lady:
Such great memories of the whole of the Eurovision In Concert 2018 Press event but in particular my meeting with Laura - I suspect that all radio show presenters have their favourites and they will play all their new releases on the airwaves, or is that just me?  See also Krista, KEiiNO, Eye Cue etc.!
Hopefully next week's show 68 will have that chat with Holly Tandy - I will make no absolute promises but I will confirm that it is happening next Tueday on social media.  There is also another big event taking place that morning - the 28 acts for SVT Melodifestivalen will be announced!  Who will join Amanda Aasa in the SFs?
Join me on "Let Me Be The One" and you'll find out who is among the 28, together with some related music if they are returning from previous years...

Rotterdam 2020 - it's definitely getting closer!
